49ers activating Michael Crabtree

The San Francisco 49ers are going to activate wide receiver Michael Crabtree.

49ers coach Jim Harbaugh announced Monday that Crabtree will be activated from the physically unable to perform list and play Sunday against the St. Louis Rams.

Crabtree has been practicing since Nov. 5 after tearing his right Achilles tendon on May 21.

."Crabtree's coming back, and hopefully, we get a few other guys back," Harbaugh said. "Because we need them all."

Last season, Crabtree had 85 receptions for 1,105 yards and nine touchdowns.
