49ers cut Kyle Williams

The 49ers announced that they have waived fourth-year receiver and kick returner Kyle Williams.

Williams had just 12 catches for 113 yards this season. Outside of San Francisco, he's infamously known for fumbling a kickoff against the Giants in the 2011 NFC Championship.

The organization also announced that linebacker Nick Moody has been activated to the 53-man roster.

The Niners also waived cornerback Perrish Cox.
