Aaron Hernandez has been charged with murder in Attleboro (Mass.) District Court in the shooting death of acquaintance Odin Lloyd last week.

Hernandez was charged with one count of murder in the homicide and five weapons charges. He entered a not guilty plea to all six charges in the matter. He is being currently held without bail.

The tight end, who was waived by the New England Patriots Wednesday morning, was said to have a gun in his hand on surveillance video from his house in the hours after the murder, according to the prosecutor in the case.

Hernandez was taken into custody Wednesday morning and was arraigned at 2 p.m. EDT.
