Remember the actor who played the younger version of Ray Charles in the 2004 movie "Ray?"

On Tuesday, the thespian committed to play football at Notre Dame.

C.J. Sanders, a wide receiver product from Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, CA, gave a verbal pledge to the Fighting Irish. The 5-10, 176-pounder, who also had offers from major powers such as USC, Stanford and Georgia, is the eighth member of Brian Kelly's 2015 class.

Not only is Sanders famous for his role in the movie starring Jamie Foxx as well as for parts in various television series, but he is the son of former NFL wide receiver Chris Sanders and the stepson of former NFL safety Corey Harris.
