Michael Vick has at least one fellow NFL player that would love to have him as his quarterback.

Vikings running back Adrian Peterson took to twitter to voice his opinion on what the Vikings should do at the position.

"@MikeVick would intently make the vikings a playoff team!" Peterson tweeted.

That's probably not what Christian Ponder was hoping to see or hear Thursday morning, though Ponder's performance the last couple of years haven't done much to show he's a viable long-term option at the position.

Vick is set to enter free agency with his future in Philadelphia in doubt. The Eagles could move on since Nick Foles is the team's starting quarterback. But if the market isn't great for him, Vick could return as a backup.

Plenty of speculation has centered around the Vikings drafting a young quarterback this year. But could the Vikings listen to their Pro Bowl running back also?
