The Packers cornerback is keeping a video journal of his rehab progress for the readers of the NFP. National Football Post
Every week, Al Harris gets a little closer.
How close?
“Week 5,” the Packers cornerback says, leaning into the camera. “Let’s make it happen. The proof is coming soon.”
At the Atlantic Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Harris runs through a variety of drills emphasizing foot speed and agility as he continues his rehab from surgery on his left knee. In his exclusive video diary for the National Football Post, Harris short-hops over small hurdles, bounces on either side of a white line on his left leg and does short sprints outside.
He even offers well wishes to other NFL players working to come back from injuries – Brett Swain, Wes Welker and former teammate Aaron Kampman, who tore his left anterior cruciate ligament but signed a free-agent deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars earlier this month.
Harris knows how they feel.
“I know you guys are out there grinding,” Harris says, “so my prayers go out to you.”

Al Harris = THE MAN
I have first hand knowledge of the family that Al Harris has. Now with that said his family believes in hard work. Never quitting, and most of all beating every and all odds. which he did in tampa, philly as well as Green Bay. I know this because I am a member of that family. Insider Info. He will be back for two years and I will bet money even more. He has a big heart and strong mind set. Keep watching its bout to go down in 2010
