The Packers cornerback is keeping a video journal of his rehab for NFP readers. National Football Post
Al Harris’ T-shirt says it all: “For those who doubt what God can do, I am PROOF.”
It’s week 9 in Harris’ exclusive video diary for the National Football Post, and the rehabilitation exercises are no easier. The Packers cornerback is put through his usual excruciating workout on the training table at the Atlantic Rehabilitation Center in Miami, and you can feel his pain.
But he plunges forward. His trainer is looking for 135-degree flexion in Harris’ left knee; he’s currently at 128 degrees. So he’s not there yet.
Harris’ determination remains steadfast. He knows there are doubters who don’t believe he can come back, but he plans on proving them wrong.
“I am proof,” he says.
