In Week 12 of his rehabilitation from a severe left knee injury, Packers cornerback Al Harris works hard to strengthen his quad muscles and range of movement in his legs.
More important, he talks about visiting Green Bay in the next couple of weeks to work out and visit with team doctors.
Harris’ confidence and core strength are visible throughout his session with trainer Joe Caraccio of the Atlantic Rehabilitation Center in Miami – until he endures a strenuous soft-tissue massage. You can hear and feel his pain.
But he’s getting amazingly close to fulfilling his promise of a comeback.
