Arizona Cardinals running back Andre Ellington's initial prognosis is that he injured a muscle in his foot, reports FOX Sports' Jay Glazer.

Ellington's status appears to still be up in the air as muscle injuries can be tricky when it comes to recovering. It can be assumed that Ellington won't be practicing Friday or Saturday, and is a game-time decision at best for Monday night's game.

Ellington has been dealing with a foot injury that was aggravated during Thursday's practice.
