Houston Texans defensive end Antonio Smith was fined $15,750 for a roughing the passer penalty he drew on Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne, according to the Houston Chronicle.
Smith was flagged for the play during last Sunday's game, which Houston lost 13-6.
This isn't Smith's first brush with the NFL this year. In the preseason, he was suspended for two preseason games and one regular season game for ripping off Dolphins lineman Richie Incognito's helmet.
