Many prognosticators have already zeroed in on Robert Griffin III somehow ending up with the Cleveland BRowns as their quarterback of the future.
During his meeting with the media at the NFL Combine, Griffin even said he would be honored to be a Brown. But now FoxSports.com is reporting that the Browns are not showing a great amount of interest in dealing up for the No. 2 pick currently owned by the St. Louis Rams.
The report says the Rams want more than Cleveland's two first-round picks (Nos. 4 and 22) for the second choice, something the Browns may be reluctant to give up. There is the thought that if the Rams ask too much for the pick, that no one will bite, and with the thought being that St Louis wants Oklahoma State receiver Justin Blackmon and Minnesota looking at Ryan Kalil, that RGIII could drop into the Browns' lap at No. 4.
Of course, that is assuming that Washington, Seattle or Miami or another quarterback needy team doesn't become enamored with Griffin and pay the Rams' ransom.
