The Arizona Cardinals swapped out tight ends today as the team re-signed Reagan Maui’a and released Jerome Johnson.
Maui’a was released on Sept. 6 when the Cardinals were putting the final touches on their roster for Week 1. Maui’a has two career starts with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2008 and he has also spent time with the Miami Dolphins.
Johnson had been with the team only one week. Apparently, the opener at St. Louis didn’t go very well for him.
