The Tennessee Titans plan to sign restricted free agent defensive end Jason Babin to a one-year, $1 million offer sheet, according to ESPN.
Babin is a former Houston Texans first-round draft pick who played for the Philadelphia Eagles last year.
The Eagles have the right of first refusal to match any offer, but aren't expected to do so.
They would have a week to decide whether to match.

Nice move by the Titans, as an Eagles fan I'll be disappointed to see him walk.
