Rookie center Barrett Jones, still recovering from a foot injury sustained while he played at the University of Alabama, was placed on the non-football injury list by the St. Louis Rams, per the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Jones underwent surgery before the draft for the injury and is still a couple of weeks away from practicing, according to Rams coach Jeff Fisher.
Three other Rams will begin camp on the physically unable to perform list. They are tight end Lance Kendricks, defensive tackle Jermelle Cudjo and safety Matt Daniels.
The Rams begin full squad workouts on Thursday.
