Bears coach Marc Trestman has already ruled quarterback Jay Cutler out for the team's Week 12 game against the Rams.
Cutler sprained his ankle two games ago in a loss to the Lions.
That means backup Josh McCown will get the starting nod once again. McCown has been impressive in two starts this season, winning both while keeping the offense fom backtracking. On Sunday against Baltimore, McCown engineered a game-winning drive in overtime capped with a field goal.
