Bears sign Adrian Wilson, Jeron Mastrud

The Chicago Bears have signed former New England Patriots safety Adrian Wilson to a one-year contract.

The Bears also signed former Oakland Raiders and Miami Dolphins tight end Jeron Mastrud.

A five-time Pro Bowl safety, Wilson was cut in April after spending all of last season on injured reserve wiht a torn Achilles.

Wilson, 34, is healthy now.

Wilson was signed by the Patriots to a three-year, $5 million contract last year.

Wilson was a standout with the Arizona Cardinals.

In 2012, Wilson recorded 54 tackles.

Mastrud caught six passes for 88 yards last season for the Raiders.
