The Chicago bears have signed return specialist Darius Reynaud and cornerback Peyton Thompson, cutting long snapper Chad Rempel and punter Tress Way.
Reynaud appeared in seven games with the Tennessee Titans and two with the New York Jets last season.
He has previous stints with the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Giants
He has averaged 9.7 yards with two touchdowns on 102 punt returns and 22.6 yards with one touchdown on 104 kickoff returns.
In 2012, Reynaud led the NFL with 1,650 combined kick return yards and tied for the league lead with three kick return touchdowns.
Thompson entered the NFL in 2012 with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent. He has also played for the Washington Redskins.
