The Cincinnati Bengals promoted cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris from the practice squad to the active roster.
Lewis-Harris has been on the active roster for six games, playing in three with three special-teams tackles.
The Bengals cut safetyTony Dye, who was on the practice squad previously and on the roster for the last three games. Dye had a special teams tackle and returned a blocked punt for a touchdown.
