The Cincinnati Bengals promoted cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris from their practice squad.
Lewis-Harris is a first-year player from Tennessee-Chattanooga who spent most of last season the practice squad and played in the playoff loss against the Houston Texans.
They cut safety Jeromy Miles. He played in the first game, was cut prior to the Pittsburgh game and then was re-signed on Wednesday before being cut again today.
