Veteran running back Kenny Watson and fullback J.D. Runnels, Jr. have been released. Watson saw action in 10 games for the Bengals last season, with 55 rushing yards on 13 carries and three receptions for four yards. He has 83 career NFL games played, with 1651 rushing yards and 1015 receiving yards. Runnels, Jr. did not see game action in 2008, but he was on the Bengals practice squad for a portion of the season and was signed to the team's 2009 offseason roster on Dec. 30, 2008.
