Cincinnati Bengals veteran defensive end Frostee Rucker has signed a two-year contract, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
The 6-foot-3, 285-pounder is 2006 third-round draft pick.
He played in a dozen games last season, posting 22 tackles and a sack. He had a key interception in the Bengals' Nov. 15 win at Pittsburgh that propelled the team toward an AFC North title.
“I am excited to be here with this group of players and coaches,” Rucker said. “We’ve got something to really build on, but also the drive to do better in the playoffs. Call it a cliché if you want, but I think the sky’s the limit.”
