Bengals sign Kheeston Randall

The Cincinnati Bengals signed free agent defensive tackle Kheeston Randall today following his Monday tryout.

Randall was signed after the Bengals placed All-Pro defensive tackle Geno Atkins on injured reserve with a torn anterior cruciate ligament and had a contract voided by the NFL for defensive tackle Christo Bilukidi because of work permit issues

The 6-foot-5, 309-pounder from Texans entered the NFL in 2012 as a seventh-round draft choice of the Miami Dolphins. He played in 12 games last season and recorded eight tackles.
