Team signs safety after losing Gibril Wilson for the season with torn ACL, MCL Aaron Wilson
With veteran safety Gibril Wilson out for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament, the Cincinnati Bengals have reacted by signing former fourth-round safety Marvin White.
White was drafted by Cincinnati in 2007.
He played for the Dallas Cowboys and the Detroit Lions last season, but was cut by the Lions on Aug. 18.
The Bengals signed rookie guard-tackle Chris Rodgers, a former Ohio University standout.
Meanwhile, the Bengals waived-injured offensive tackle Andrew Mitchell with a knee injury.
If he clears waivers, the Bengals will place him on injured reserve.
