Bengals waive Robert Sands

The Cincinnati Bengals have waived defensive back Robert Sands, a fifth-round pick from 2011, reports ProFootballTalk.com.

The former West Virginia safety appeared in one game during his rookie season for Cincinnati.  He spent last year on injured reserve last year. Sands was also arrested in January in a domestic dispute with his wife.
