The Cincinnati Bengals are definitely in the market for a safety.
They worked out former Miami Dolphins and Oakland Raiders safety Gibril Wilson today, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
The Bengals have also recently worked out C.C. Brown and Ken Hamlin.
They also worked out cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones today.
Wilson struggled mightily last season at safety for the Miami Dolphins.
Signed to a five-year, $27.5 million contract last year, Wilson contributed 93 tackles and one sack.
However, he had no interceptions and deflected just eight passes while starting all but two games.

what a precipitous drop from glory with the giants for this guy. he's one of the few available safeties that can play in a 4-3 scheme - not sure how he's still available. the bears could certainly use a veteran like him if major wright doesn't work out.
