Minnesota Vikings linebacker E.J. Henderson is out for the remainder of the season and maybe into next year after suffering a gruesome broken femur two weeks ago at Arizona.

Now, his brother Erin Henderson, a reserve linebacker for the Vikings, will miss the next four games after he was suspended by the NFL for violation of the league’s policy on anabolic steroids and related substances.

The team announced this afternoon that Erin Henderson would immediately begin serving a suspension that will keep him out of the final three regular-season games and the first playoff game for the postseason-bound Vikings.

You really wonder about these guys getting caught and if there is really enough testing going on. One would think that big brother would have counseled him about what to take to mask this stuff ( not Starcaps - as the Williams boys found out). If the NFL was serious about testing they would be taking a lot more samples ie from everybody at least monthly and then randomly testing only certain ones. If a person came up positive they could back test all samples. The threat of that happening might put more pressure on people towing the line than a random test once in a while.

I'm amazed the Vikings are not trying to find some weird way to contest this using Minnesota law.

I think that's why Percy failed his UA at the combine, marijuana is proven to help people that suffer from major migraines! Give him a medical marijuana card! And yes he is going to win rookie of the year! Skol vikes!
