The New Orleans Saints have signed three players to futures contracts and let one player go, according to a league source.
Wide receiver D’Juan Woods was placed on waivers. The Saints signed offensive tackle Na’Shan Goddard, defensive tackle Earl Heyman and cornerback Glenn Sharpe to contracts.
Goddard and Sharpe were recent additions. Both were signed to the practice squad on Jan. 12, fortunate timing for them considering their last five weeks.
