Biggs: Tuck calls Flozell a 'dirtbag'

Bad blood continues between NFC East rivals Brad Biggs

Flozell Adams tripped Justin Tuck, leading to a shoulder injury for the New York Giants defensive end. In their rematch on Sunday in the Meadowlands, the Dallas left tackle sparked a sideline scrum when he shoved Tuck from behind.

“I laugh at stuff like that,” Tuck said. “It takes a coward, and some more words I can't say, to push a guy in the back when the play is dead. It just proves what kind of dirtbag he is.”

Adams was called for a personal foul for another play, following a field goal. The NFC East battle was a chippy affair. That’s nothing new for Adams, who was yelling at Giants players. He was fined $12,500 for the tripping of Tuck. He got zapped for $7,000 for trying to kick Carolina’s Julius Peppers earlier this season, and he also has a $5,000 fine this season.

For his part, Adams had nothing to say. Asked about Tuck, he responded, “he’s a nobody.”

Make sure you circle the first meeting between these rivals in 2010.

Flozell Adams is the biggest punk bitch in the NFL. First he gets beat so he pulls out the good old leg whip....ok, happens all the time, I can deal with that. But then he shoves Tuck in the back away from the play out in plain sight for everyone to see. Unbelieveable!

I gotta give Tuck some credit for the way he handled the situation. If it were me, I would have poked Flozell in the eyes and chopped him in the throat on the next play....just because he fights like a girl.

I think this showsjust how soft the Cowboys really are. Playing left tackle, Flozell is supposed to be their best offensive lineman and he doesn't even have the balls to push someone while they're looking at him. No wonder they crap out in December. When other teams turn up the pressure late in the season they buckle.

I would have to agree with Tuck, Flozell acted pretty much acted like a coward with the tripping and especially the push in the back. Come on Flozell, if you're the best, just paly like the best and stop your cowardly acts. I also think the Cowboys will fizzle out again. Romo...Overated and so are the Cowboys. Go Colts.... Peyton for MVP...

I have to agree that Flozell Adams is out of line. The league should do something before this really gets out of hand. He already injured a Giants player in the first game with his dirty tactics. Can't they fine him and suspend him? Send a message and clean up the game. The NFL is letting all of us down. We want the stars out on the field, not the back ups because the stars are always injured.

My question is why wasn't Flozell ejected?

Tuck is a respected football player where our kids can look up to him, not like Adams who is a cheap shot player who does not honer the game of football.

Flozell is a dirty player, can't handle real men on the line thats why he cheats every chance he gets. But the big picture here is, MANY MANY Dallas players have been that way throughout the years. Cowgirls have ALWAYS had dirty players. Look it up, you'll find back in the Landry days that Dallas was the dirtiest bunch in all of the NFL.
Flozell should be suspended for the rest of the season, the cut! He's nothing more that a shameless, classless punk.

i agree that pushing and tripping is lame. but that happens all the time, even when i played in high school. just so happens the camera caught it this time. so i don't see
what the big deal is about.

Justin Tuck showed class throughout this whole ongoing incident. Dalls should follow suit and suspend the dirty player..both attacks were AFTER the plays, and that is wrong and sending a poor message! Justin, you just continue to show you have class and itigrity, and represent our Giants well, as you have and will continue to do so!!! GOOOOO GIANTS!!

Now that the Giant fans have whined about Mr. Adams 'cowardly' act of violence against Justin _uck. May I remind you that you are talking about the New York Giants. Maybe Mr. Adams should carry around a gun and, like an idiot, shoot himself in the leg. How's that for a message. Would that stop you from crying. May the Giants not win another game.

Professor7 what's this "punk bitch" and "I would have poked Flozell in the eyes and chopped him in the neck...."? Wow! I'll bet you yell at and give the finger to people while you're speeding away in your car. I guess the internet is the safe place to show how manly you are.

I'm real glad Tuck didn't retaliate but why did we decline the penalty ?.. Couldn't they assess it on the second half kickoff? 'FLO' acted like a cowardly girl

I wish people would realize what was going on when Adams pushed Tuck. Long field goal attempt missed and caught by Giants player which could be returned. The whistle blew when the player was already out of the end zone with the ball. What would have happened next is Tuck would have been turning to block for the return attempt. Adams although wrong for the push, was playing the whistle. As a Cowboys fan, I hate the way Adams plays from time to time, but this is football and every bit of contact is not going to be pretty.

He was in top foprm, perhaps former Viking Napoleon Harris(cut there and in Raiders camp) can be brought in since he's familiar with the system.
