Status of cornerback for Sunday unknown Brad Biggs
Antoine Winfield advanced from doing some work on the side during practice on Monday to actually joining his teammates in practice on Wednesday, proof that the Minnesota Vikings cornerback should return soon.
Winfield has been out since Oct. 18 with an injury to his right foot, and was limited in practice Wednesday. His status for Sunday’s game at the Metrodome vs. the Detroit Lions is unknown. It could be that the Vikings want to slowly work him back into playing shape and wait until next week to play Winfield vs. Seattle.
“He's done a great job of attacking this thing, and if at all possible he wouldn't miss one more snap,” Minnesota coach Brad Childress said.

Can't coach, can't win games & can't tell which players should be on the team to give them the best chance to win games. I don't think they are n the right mindset to play football.
