Restricted free agent receiver will soon be looking for a new team. Terry McCormick
The Buffalo Bills announced on the team website that they will not make a tender offer to restricted free agent David Nelson.
'We spoke with David Nelson’s agent this morning and informed him that we will not tender David,” said Bills general manager Buddy Nix.
New head coach Doug Marrone and his staff have gone about the business this off-season of retooling the Bills, releasing several veterans who either don't fit salary cap-wise or into the system. Nelson is the latest victim of that purge.
