The Buffalo Bills and the agent for wide receiver Stevie Johnson have finally exchanged opening proposals for the soon-to-be free agent, according to the Buffalo News.
Johnson's agent, C.J. Laboy, and the Bills could meet at the NFL Combine next week in Indianapolis.
Johnson is coming of a 76-reception season and has posted back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons for the Bills.
