Buffalo Bills linebacker Nigel Bradham was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, according to the Tonawanda News.
Bradham was pulled over at 2:01 a.m. for a window tint violation and there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, according to a police report.
“(He) opened a center glove compartment and handed me a zip lock baggy,” the police report states. “I asked (Bradham) what was in the zip lock bag and he stated 'marijuana.'”
Bradham was ticketed. No court date was immediately available.
Bradham is a backup inside linebacker who recorded 57 tacklesa nd one fumble recovery as a rookie.
“We are still in the process of gathering the facts surrounding this report,” Bills spokesman Scott Berchtold said, “and will reserve comment until we have completed that process.”
