Bills activate DB Jonathan Meeks

The Buffalo Bills have activated defensive back Jonathan Meeks from injured reserve-designated to return to the 53-man roster, the organization announced on Tuesday.

Meeks had an ankle injury, which is why he was placed on the short-term IR list. He's been practicing since Nov. 25.

To make room, the Bills released linebacker Jamaal Westerman.

The Bills also signed wide receiver Brandon Kaufman to the practice squad and released Tommy Streeter.
