Wide receiver suffered knee injury in loss to Jets. Terry McCormick
While much of the attention on the injury front in Buffalo was centered on running back Fred Jackson's knee injury, the Bills may have lost receiver David Nelson for the year with a knee injury, says the Buffalo News.
Nelson went down in the fourth quarter of a 48-28 pasting by the New York Jets while making a cut and had to be carted to the locker room. An MRI will be performed today, but the fear is the injury is serious.
As for Jackson, he left in the second quarter and is believed to have a sprained knee, which still could leave him missing some time.
