Buffalo Bills first-round wide receiver Sammy Watkins has signed $19.935 million contract.
The former Clemson standout was drafted fourth overall after the Bills traded up to the Cleveland Browns spot from the ninth overall pick to acquire him.
Last season, Watkins caught 101 passes for 1,464 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was named Most Valuable Player of the Orange Bowl after catching 16 passes for 227 yards.
As a sophomore, he had 57 catches for 708 yards and three touchdowns.
As a freshman All-American, Watkins caught 82 passes for 1,219 yards and a dozsen touchdowns.
