Bills sign Naaman Roosevelt, Landon Cohen; cut Ramses Barden, Nathan Williams

<p> The Buffalo Bills signed wide receiver Naaman Roosevelt and defensive tackle Landon Cohen.</p> <p> Roosevelt has a previous stint with the Bills. He caught 25 passes for 396 yards and a touchdown during 16 games previously</p> <p> Roosevelt was recently cut by the Detroit Lions.</p> <p> Cohen is a former Detroit Lions seventh-round draft pick. He played for defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz in Detroit.
