Former Bears coach has 'keen interest' in Buffalo job, per report. Terry McCormick
The Buffalo Bills will interview former Chicago Bears coach Lovie Smith, according to the Buffalo News.
Smith was fired by the Bears despite the club going 10-6, and has a "keen interest" in the Bills job, according to the report, as he will interview for the position this weekend.
The Bills have not been to the postseason since 1999, and over the weekend, owner Ralph Wilson ceded the president's role to team CEO Russ Brandon, signaling an era of change in Buffalo.
