Bills to sign Matt Flynn

The Buffalo Bills plan to sign veteran quarterback Matt Flynn following a successful tryout today.

Flynn has previous stints with the Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers.

Flynn is being added to the mix due to injuries to quarterbacks EJ Manuel (knee) and Thaddeus Lewis (foot).

Kevin Kolb is out for the season due to concussion issues.

Manuel has a lateral collateral ligament sprain and could return in the weeks to come.

For now, the Bills need help.

For his career, Flynn has passed for 1,329 yards, 10 touchdowns and six interceptions.
