Jacksonville Jaguars first-round pick Justin Blackmon was arrested for aggravated DUI in Stillwater, Okla., early Sunday morning, according to the Tulsa World.
According to the report, Blackmon's blood alcohol was .24 and he admitted to drinking alcohol. The reason for the aggravated DUI charge is because it is more than .15. The legal limit in Oklahoma is .08.
Blackmon, the report said, was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech after police stopped him for driving 60 mph in a 35 mph.
Blackmon was the fifth overall pick in the 2012 draft by the Jaguars. He had a DUI charge in Texas in 2010 after being stopped doing 92 mph.
