Justin Blackmon met with the media in Jacksonville regarding his early Sunday arrest in Stillwater, Okla., and the Jaguars No. 1 pick says he is "done drinking alcohol," says John Oehser of the team's website.
Blackmon registered a blood alcohol level of .24, which is three times the legal limit, the second time he has been arrested for a DUI.
Blackmon, who still has yet to sign his rookie contract, apologized to the Jaguars organization for his actions.
