The Jacksonville Jaguars may want to rethink their plans.

All offseason, the organization made it apparent that Chad Henne would be the 2014 starter, with first-round pick and third-overall selection Blake Bortles serving in a backup role as a rookie. After Friday's preseason game, coach Gus Bradley may want to discuss things over with his staff.

Bortles finished Friday's game 7-11 for 117 yards in Jacksonville's 16-10 win over Tampa Bay. Bortles looked the part of a prototypical NFL passer, with his top highlight being a 31-yard pass to receiver Mike Brown.

Conversely, Henne struggled, going 4-7 for 30 yards. Two of his passes were nearly picked early in the first quarter as the veteran seemed a tad shaky.

It's just a preseason game and Bortles was going against the Bucs' second team. But after that kind of performance, Bradley and the Jags' coaches should at least reevaluate the initial plan.
