Bon Jovi denies pursuit of the Bills

Rock star Jon Bon Jovi isn't pursuing the Buffalo Bills at this time, according to the Associated Press, which reports that Bon Jovi's publicist denies him having an interest in the team.

The publicist did say Bon Jovi is interested in eventually owning an NFL team.

CBS reported Sunday that Bon Jovi is actively involved in purchasing the Bills, but Ken Sunshine, Bon Jovi's publicist called it "preposterous."

The Bills are not for sale. Sunshine said that Bon Jovi's respect for Bills owner Ralph Wilson would make him not want to pursue the team at this time.
