Tight end makes jump from Raiders to Chiefs as free agent. Terry McCormick
Kevin Boss said he didn't know much about the Chiefs-Raiders rivalrly last year during his one year in Oakland.
But the veteran tight end told KCSP via SportsRadioInterviews.com that he now considers himself on the right side of the rivalry.
"I was in Oakland for such a short period of time that it wasn’t really something where I really understood the whole Chiefs-Raiders rivalry. I just know now that I’m on the better side of the rivalry," Boss said. "It’s been a great transition and it’s really been a blessing in disguise to have been moved on to greener pastures.”
Boss hopes to combine with Tony Moeaki, who is coming off knee surgery last year, to give the Chiefs a formidable tight end tandem.
