If the safety isn't claimed he will revert to injured reserve. Brad Biggs
Safety Daniel Bullocks has been waived/injured by the Detroit Lions.
Bullocks has been bothered throughout training camp by a right knee issue, the same knee he had ACL surgery on in 2007. He visited with Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Ala., earlier this month to see what was wrong, and apparently the Lions do not see him being a part of their plans this season.
Bullocks will revert to injured reserve if he is not claimed.
The Lions used the roster spot created to claim linebacker Robert Francois off waivers from Minnesota. He was cut loose to make room for Brett Favre on Tuesday.
