The sixth overall pick of the draft and a consensus All-American from Texas A&M got base salaries of $420,000, $510,000, $600,000 and $695,000.
The deal includes $3.94 million in other compensation for the first-round draft pick and son of Pro Football Hall of Fame offensive lineman Bruce Matthews.
That includes fully guaranteed roster bonuses of $656,795 in 2015 on the third day of training camp, $1.313 million in 2016 on the third day of training camp and $1.97 million in 2017 on the third day of training camp.
