Tennessee Titans receiver Kenny Britt is back in trouble again, apparently arrested on a DUI charge on an army base in Fort Campbell, Ky., per TitanInsider.com.
Britt was stopped at Gate 4 of the post around 3:30 a.m. Friday morning. He appeared to be intoxicated and failed a field sobriety test. Britt refused to submit to a breathalyzer test and was charged with DUI automatically under Kentucky law.
Britt has already had seven previous arrests, enough to warrant a summons to the commissioner's office last summer.
The Titans issued a statement regarding Britt's latest transgression, saying, "We are aware of the situation and are in the process of gathering more facts."
