$1,500 fine brings to an end incident from summer of 2011. Terry McCormick
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt entered a guilty plea of disturbing the peace on Tuesday in Hoboken Municipal Court over an incident from 2011, according to the Associated Press.
Britt had other charges dismissed stemming from an incident last year at a New Jersey car wash in which police alleged the Britt was carrying a marijuana cigarette, but was alleged to have crushed it out and disposed of it. The evidence was not found in the case.
It was part of a string of minor incidents involving Britt off the field between 2009-11 that included several run-ins with police.
