Wide receiver says he no longer has swelling in his knee after second procedure. Terry McCormick
The Tennessee Titans finished up mini-camp work on Thursday, meaning players will be unsupervised for the next month or so until training camp opens.
Last year, that was in invitation for trouble for receiver Kenny Britt. This year, Britt has something to preoccupy him - recovering from his knee injury. Britt had off-season ACL surgery and a second procedure last month that he says has rid the knee of swelling when he runs.
Britt told Dan Ariks of TitanInsider that he plans on spending most of that five weeks in Nashville getting his knee ready for training camp.
I'm going to be here." Britt said, "I'm going up to Jersey this weekend for a christening and then I'll be back, I'm going to take the Fourth of July off but after that I'm going to be grinding."
