Tennessee Titans receiver Kenny Britt says his knee injury is mostly behind him.

But Britt has only 145 yards receiving on 13 catches thus far and has yet to display his old explosiveness in the first four games of 2012. Britt tells TitanInsider that the knee he blew out in September 2011 is not to blame for his slow start. Britt said having to relearn parts of the game has kept him from putting up the types of number he was posting prior to tearing his ACL.

“To tell you the truth, I thought it would all come back when I was out there running routes with everybody. I thought it would probably take a week or so to get back to reading the coverages and seeing the ball come out of the quarterback's hand,” Britt said Thursday. “But it's taken a while and to be honest, today was one of my better days that I've had since I've back and this week has been one of my better weeks.”

Britt says he is working to regain his old form and being able to practice for a full week this week for the first time this season should help.
