Linebacker drilled Jets QB in the back as he let go of a pass. Terry McCormick
Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller played an outstanding game last Thursday night against the New York Jets, albeit one that was overshadowed somewhat by Tim Tebow's late-game heroics on the final drive.
Nonetheless, Miller's play was impressive, and his hit on the New York Jets' Mark Sanchez, drilling the quarterback in the back as he let go of a pass was one that made the highlight reels.
It also caught the attention of the league office as a hit that apparently should not have been made - as Miller was hit was a whopping $25,000 fine for the hit, according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News.
